In an $8.5 million cash deal, ICM Realty Group LLC sold the Barrel House boutique office building in downtown Minneapolis to a group called Barrel House LLC, according to a certificate of real estate value. The transaction for the 80,000-square-foot, four-story office space at 111 Third Ave. S. happened Oct. 30.
The Barrel House was converted into an office building in the 1980s, but ICM refurbished it to expose more of the building’s original material. “We really wanted to open it up and get back to the original,” Andrew Webb, then of ICM, told Finance & Commerce in 2018.
Webb, now managing partner of Redline, says that Redline is continuing as the property manager for Barrel House.
