CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 15, 2025—Real estate investment firm Redline Property Partners, in partnership with Landmark Industrial, announced today that it has acquired a 115.6-acre parcel in Salisbury, N.C., just off of I-85, to develop a multi-building industrial park.
“This property provides unparalleled connectivity to one of the Southeast’s most sought-after logistics corridors,” said Andrew Webb, Redline’s President and Managing Partner. “The I-85 supercorridor has attracted significant corporate investment and job creation in recent years due to its prime location, near to both key transportation nodes and the 15% of the U.S. population that lives along the corridor. Future tenants can access exceptional distribution networks, as well as a large, diverse labor pool in the Charlotte and Triad metro areas.”
The planned development, positioned to be delivered in phases, comprises multiple buildings totaling 869,160 square feet.
Already zoned for light industrial use, the property is equidistant between Charlotte and the Piedmont Triad, as well as Washington D.C. and Atlanta. Its location will connect future tenants to a network of major cities, a substantial regional workforce, and transportation nodes connecting to multiple interstate highways, railroads and major ports.
Redline has partnered with commercial real estate firm Landmark Industrial for the project. Landmark focuses on developing light industrial buildings throughout the Southeast.
“Landmark Industrial is pleased to be part of this development, which will help meet the Charlotte region’s growing demand for distribution, warehousing and light manufacturing space, demand that is being fueled by trends in e-commerce, reshoring and supply chain optimization,” said Dave Williams, Founder and Managing Partner of Landmark Industrial.
David Hanna and Casey Mulhern of Foundry Commercial will provide brokerage services.
“The Southeast is experiencing record demand for industrial properties from companies in the automotive, consumer goods, medical, energy, food & beverage, military and fabrication industries,” said Casey Mulhern of Foundry Commercial. “We expect to see strong absorption once these buildings come online due to their prime location and the easy accessibility they provide to domestic and international markets.”
