CHARLOTTE, N.C. March 20, 2025— Redline Property Partners is investing $1.5 million into a midtown office building. The Charlotte commercial real estate firm is renovating and rebranding 700 E. Morehead St., a four-story, 37,305-square-foot boutique office building.

The Charlotte commercial real estate firm is renovating and rebranding 700 E. Morehead St., a four-story, 37,305-square-foot boutique office building.
Work on the building, now called 700 Midtown, is underway and includes renovated common areas, exterior paint and landscaping improvements, systems upgrades, adding speculative suites and converting the ground floor to food and beverage retail space, said Andrew Webb, Redline managing partner.
