Redline will completely renovate and reposition the office building, adding street-level retail and food options
CHARLOTTE, N.C. March 20, 2025—Charlotte-based real estate investment firm Redline Property Partners is rebranding and transforming 700 East Morehead Street, a 37,305-square-foot boutique office building that it purchased in August 2024.
Comprehensive renovations of the 2009 vintage building—now named 700 Midtown—are already underway, transforming the property into one of the most desirable office locations in the area, while adding food-based retail offerings and outdoor seating on the street level.
Located at the intersection of Morehead Street and Euclid Avenue in Midtown Charlotte, the property sits at the center of several of Charlotte’s fastest growing and most vibrant neighborhoods, including The Pearl Innovation District, South End, Dilworth and Myers Park.

Renovation plans for 700 Midtown include significant upgrades throughout the building, including common area renovations, exterior improvements, systems upgrades, the conversion of the first floor to food-based retail and the creation of multiple spec suites. The four-story property also offers multiple levels of below-ground parking, as well as surface parking for tenants and visitors.
To deliver the best service possible, Redline self-manages the property and has enlisted the services of Meredith Ball, Karah Tanneberger and Keely Hines of Foundry Commercial for leasing services.
