CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 22, 2023 – Charlotte-based real estate investment firm Redline Property Partners and its partner Ascent Real Estate Capital today announced the rebranding of the property currently known as NorthPointe Executive Business Park in Huntersville and offered a first look at their extensive renovation plans for the office complex.
The property—to be reimagined as Birkdale Point—boasts four office buildings with 201,310 square feet of total space, as well as excess land that the new owners plan to develop in the future. A footbridge connects the property to Birkdale Village and the McDowell Creek Greenway.

Improvement plans for the buildings include renovating all common areas and restrooms; redesigning entrances and lobbies; constructing new exteriors and building signage, and creating unique tenant lounges, a fitness center and outdoor gathering spaces.
