Interior and exterior cosmetic improvements, combined with the addition of multiple new creative amenities, have fully transformed the 33-acre office park and its 201,310 feet of office space.
The partners purchased the property and its four office buildings in April 2023 and immediately rebranded it Birkdale Point.
Additionally, the property includes approximately 10 acres of undeveloped land that is being rezoned for a planned hotel development, providing more new amenities for tenants and the local community.
