MINNEAPOLIS, M.N. Oct 1, 2024—Redline Property Partners, a leading real estate investment, development and management firm, announced today its new role as property manager of The Andrus, an architectural gem in downtown Minneapolis. The firm previously assumed asset management for the building in January of this year.
The Andrus is the oldest building on Nicollet Avenue, considered a skyscraper in 1898 when it was originally completed.
Redline plans more capital improvements for the 140,000-square-foot building, including continuation of a spec suite program, common area improvements and new amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center and concierge-style property management service. Existing amenities include a renovated lobby lounge, Skyway connection and underground executive parking.
“Redline Property Partners is pleased to expand our role with this iconic building,” said Andrew Webb, Redline’s president and managing partner. “We look forward to delivering a best-in-class tenant experience and contributing to the dynamism of downtown Minneapolis for years to come.”
Redline Property Partners’ expanded role with The Andrus builds upon the firm’s commitment to Minneapolis, where it owns and manages other properties in the metro area, including Barrel House in the Mill District.
Ann Rinde, Joe Conzemius and Larissa Bodine of CBRE comprise the property’s leasing team.
“Tenants in today’s office environment are looking for an elevated experience in all aspects of their office building and workplace environment. We are confident that Redline’s expanded property management role at The Andrus will bring a high level of service, providing a hospitality-like approach to the project and our tenants,” said Ann Rinde of CBRE.
